What to write to us about
- Listings. A hotel's details are wrong, it has closed, or you think its Mana score misses something. Tell us which listing and what you know.
- Your account. Trouble signing in, or questions about a subscription.
- Privacy requests. A copy of your data, corrections, or deleting your account. Please write from the email address on your account. See our privacy policy.
- Hotels and partners. You run a place we list, or would like to be listed.
- Problems with the site. Something broken, or something that does not make sense.
Bookings
We do not take bookings ourselves. For changes, cancellations or refunds, contact the hotel or booking site you booked with; their details are in your confirmation email.
