Who we are

ManaHolo is run by Mike Porter, based in Seattle, Washington, United States. "We" and "us" in these terms means Mike Porter. You can contact us at mike@agileedge.com.

What the site is

ManaHolo is an information and trip-planning site for travel in the Pacific. We list hotels and destinations, help you plan trips with an AI assistant, and link to travel providers where you can book. We are not a travel agent or tour operator, and we do not sell travel ourselves.

AI-generated content and Mana scores

Itineraries, answers and descriptions on the site may be generated by AI. Mana scores, which rate the likely ecological and cultural impact of places and providers, are estimates produced with AI from the information available to us. Both can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Treat them as a starting point, check important details (opening times, entry rules, safety, health and visa requirements) with the provider or an official source, and use your own judgement.

Bookings are with third parties

When you follow a booking link you leave our site. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider or booking site, under their terms, cancellation rules and privacy policy. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the provider's service, refunds or changes. Questions about a booking should go to the business you booked with.

Prices and availability

Prices, availability and other details shown on our site come from partners or public sources and can change at any time. They are not guaranteed until the provider confirms your booking.

Accounts

You can use parts of the site without an account. If you create one, give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the site;
• scrape, copy or republish our listings or content in bulk, or use automated tools that put heavy load on the site;
• try to get around rate limits, access other people's accounts or data, or probe for security weaknesses without our permission;
• use the AI assistant to produce harmful, abusive or misleading material.

Our content

The site's text, design and descriptions belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal trip planning. Partner names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Limits on our liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on information on the site, from bookings with third parties, or that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
