Big Island (Hawai'i), Hawaiʻi

Kilauea Lodge

About this stay

Kilauea Lodge is a small lodge of about a dozen rooms with its own restaurant in Volcano Village, a forested community a couple of minutes' drive from the entrance to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The village is cool and green, with tree ferns and ohia forest, and a handful of cafes and galleries. Rooms are cozy rather than resort style. It suits travelers spending a few days hiking in the park who want a quiet, homely base with dinner on site.
